Let us know what level of experience you have.  Generally if you have played with the 5-1 setting system with 6 back defence, switching and stacking with consistent skills, you would be level 2 intermediate / advanced.  Otherwise for level 1 intermediate it is confident play with consistent skills and we then teach the concept of stacking and switching.

Cost:

$100 for those enrolled in the Saturday training rounds

$150 For those attending Fridays only

(6 Week round is an extra $20 / $30)
